Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Answering of the switchboard
Conveying messages
Filing sales invoices
Receipting of stock
Keeping the attendance register up to date
Welcoming customers / Clients
Ensuring good housekeeping in the boardroom at the end of everyday
Maintenance of printers, readings, and toners
Performing general administrative duties
Assisting with general cashier duties
Candidate Requirements/ Experience :
Grade 12
At least 2 years working experience as a receptionist
Proficient on MS Office Suite
Computer literate on Syspro would be an added advantage
Of sober habits
A stable work record and contactable references
A team player
Good moral and written communication skills
Discretion and trustworthiness having to deal with confidential information
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Attention to detail
